Jewel Paper Co has been designing event & wedding stationery since 2016; and has developed a signature style of simple, beautiful designs with outstanding printing processes and surprising yet subtle pops of colour; resulting in some very happy bride and grooms to be that can't wait to share their news.

 

Yas, founder & designer, is a big fan of hand written notes, sending snail mail, deep letterpress details and unexpected, thoughtful touches.  We specialise in all your event design and print needs (from Save the Date’s to on the day signage and everything in between!) and firmly believe that there are no rules! It is your day and we always encourage our clients to prioritise what they love, use wording that feels right to them and to have some fun along the way. I always feel incredibly fortunate to work with couples during this time to create something that they just love and can't wait to share. It’s always the gloriously small things that make up much of our most precious 
memories - so I focus on the process and making this an enjoyable and exciting thing - not just something else to tick off your to do list!

The Process...

1. Pop your email into the above box & we'll send you our Invitation & Printing guides as well as our full Pricing sheet. Have a read, see what you think, and if we are the right fit book in a phone consult with me, Yas!

Consult

2. We have a quick chat on the phone about all things design, paper, printing - and how these can work in with your vision, budget and timelines. Decide if you'd like a custom or semi-custom design (head to our instagram here to choose any of our semi-customs or get the inspo flowing!)

Concept

3. I send you a design concept, outlined estimate & client agreement. You are *naturally* stoked with this, send me all your event details and then pay the 50% deposit required for the design process to begin. Get excited! 

Proofing

4. Let the games begin! I will design your  stationery & send you full design proofs via email. I recommend you try to view these on a laptop rather than phone, if possible. Three revision rounds for custom stationery & one revision round for semi-custom designs are inclusive in your estimate. 

Approval

5. You are absolutely happy with the final proof, we have crossed all our t's and dotted all out i's and are ready to go to production! You sign off on the final proof then pay the final 50% invoice. And we are ready to roll!

Print & Delivery

6. Once printed, I package up your stationery with SO much love & care, then pop it in the post - ready for you to deliver out to all your most treasured humans. Then you pop the champagne and get back to doing all the other fun things that are a part of this whole process. Enjoy! x

Timeframes

Please allow:
1-2 weeks for semi-custom designs
2-4 weeks for custom designs
1 week for digital & white ink printing
2-3 weeks for letterpress & foil press printing

This is a guide, we will discuss your specific time frames in our initial consultation.
